Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities
Assists in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements,
including NDAs
Maintains tracking systems for commercial agreements and provides
periodic reports
Provides administrative support to attorneys in the Legal
Department
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of prior paralegal experience
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
Able to prioritize multiple tasks and assignments
