We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team across South Bay, Orange County, Inglewood, and Long Beach. Job Functions Welcome and assist prospective residents via phone, email, and in person Conduct engaging property tours and highlight key property features Prepare, review, and process applications and lease documents Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in Yardi (or similar systems) Meet and consistently exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets Support marketing efforts for current and upcoming vacancies Partner with on-site teams to ensure smooth move-ins and resident satisfaction Requirements: Experience in leasing or sales (preferred) Strong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with Yardi (preferred but not required) Commission Tiers: • 1–5 leases: $200 per lease • 6–10 leases: $250 per lease • 11 leases: $300 per lease Why Join Beach Front Property Management?
