Business Development/Sales Account Manager in the Home Health
industry located in San Diego CA. This is with a well known and
established home health company. They have a large census and cover
all of San Diego County. Working for this company will give you
allot of career advancement opportunities to grow your career, and
the ability to work with a supportive team and great leadership.
You must have a “book of business” connections in healthcare in the
San Diego Community. If you have strong connections with Sr.
Livings, Independent and Assisted Livings, Skilled Nursing
Facilities, Memory Care Facilities, Facilities for Alzheimer
patients, Physicians and Medical Directors preferably specialty
Doctors like Orthopedics Doctors, or Hospitals and Medical Centers
)and this can also include relationships with Discharge Planners
and Case Managers) then we would love to talk to you! Benefits &
Salary Employer pays 100% of your Medical, Dental and Vision
Insurance Premiums 401K with a 2% Employer Match PTO, Holiday Pay
and Sick Pay Mileage reimbursement Base Salary $80k-$110k, possibly
more (we are negotiable) for a Sr. Sales Rep. Commission structure
(will discuss the details in interview -profitable plan)
Responsibilities for a home health marketer involve generating
referrals, managing relationships with key healthcare partners, and
increasing the agency's brand presence to drive patient growth.
This role requires a blend of sales, marketing, and
relationship-building skills to succeed in the highly competitive
healthcare market. Establish and nurture relationships Conduct
