The Opportunity As a Sales Estimator, you’ll be the friendly expert who guides clients through the first steps of their project, helping them dream, design and plan with confidence. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners and business owners to understand their vision, goals, and challenges Provide detailed, accurate project estimates using our proven systems Offer professional recommendations on finishes, colors, and design details Build and maintain relationships through consistent follow-up and communication Network in the community and grow your pipeline through local connections and referrals Collaborate with our production team to ensure a seamless handoff for each project Manage your schedule, appointments and client notes efficiently using our technology tools Attend sales training, team meetings, and product knowledge sessions What You Bring A natural ability to connect, people remember you because you genuinely care Excellent conversational and listening skills - you know how to put people at ease Relentless follow-through - clients can count on you to stay in touch and see things through A curiosity-driven mindset - you love learning, asking questions, and figuring out how things work Strong learning agility - you quickly adapt to new systems, apps, and processes Comfort working independently in the field while staying connected to your team Competitive drive and self-motivation - you love achieving goals and pushing for more Bonus points if you’ve worked in home renovation, residential services, or design-oriented sales, but we’ll provide all the training and tools you need to thrive.
