Job Description We are currently recruiting for an Outside Sales Consultant to join our Sales Team The person in this seat will have the ability to draw upon resources of all of our North American manufacturing facilities, effectively extending the scope of their prospective sales targets. In this role, you will lead initial contact and pre-qualification of prospects utilizing sourcing, prospecting, and networking skills. In addition, you will identify potential sales targets and apply closing abilities to grow new sales within the assigned territory and markets. Responsibilities: Engage prospective clients to better understand needs, driving new business opportunities, and building a solid pipeline of qualified leads Serve as product expert and collect necessary information to qualify whether a prospect could truly benefit from product & services by identifying budget, authority, need, and time frame Proactively call on leads with the primary goal of determining if the prospect has a compelling reason to purchase Work with partners and Sales in the field to ensure a smooth transition of information and feedback from generated leads Perform effective research in the initial development and ongoing maintenance of potential customers Build in the customer awareness of partner products and services during the call Utilize sourcing, prospecting, and networking skills to identify potential sales targets Proactively identify new customers and new project opportunities Maintain regular contact with customers to answer questions and guide customers through product choices and options Communicate with Marketing on the performance of web based campaigns Qualifications: Bachelor---s degree in a related field strongly preferred however a combination of education and experience will be considered Experience within printing, packaging or folding carton required, label experience is strongly preferred Exceptional communication, customer service, and human relations skills Candidates with past military experience are encouraged to apply Why work with us?
