Job Description:
Principal Objective: Implement, and coordinate competitive
rental rates and effective rental practices in order to maximize
property revenues and reduce controllable operating expenses. Make
recommendations to improve the profit and productivity of the asset
and company. Ensure that all rents and other income are collected
in a timely manner to minimize budgetary/administrative problems
and to take appropriate action quickly if they are not. Comply with
established management policies and procedures for maximum
operational efficiency. Assist in the supervision of maintenance
operations to ensure that internal and external property areas meet
company safety and physical appearance standards. Coordinate and
utilize all resources - human, financial, and material - to ensure
smooth and efficient property performance.
