Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Solution Consultant to
support business growth through tailored product demonstrations and
technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations focused
on client challenges in Strategic Workforce Planning
Gather client requirements and contribute to solution frameworks
alongside sales executives and senior consultants
Support the handoff of new clients from sales to implementation and
provide technical assistance during projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business, or a
related field
2+ years of work experience in consulting, HR tech, or a related
field
Basic understanding of people analytics, workforce planning, or HR
management concepts
Familiarity with SaaS tools or business processes through academic
projects or roles
Fluent in German
