Job descriptionSeeking a highly organized Supply Chain Assistant to join our Supply Chain team in Cerritos, CA. This position requires a multi-tasking individual to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail and will take a proactive approach in all purchasing related processes.

Qualifications and Criteria:

• Equivalent to one (1) year of full-time, general office clerical work that has provided the applicant with the knowledge and abilities listed.
• Preferred full-time college or university education/vocational school training in business or job-related field.
  
  Job Description (Duties and Responsibilities):
  Assistant will assist the Supply Chain team in order entry. He or she will comprehend the Buying process and complete administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist Purchasing team for data entry, including PO entries, updating schedule, schedule review with buyers under the guideline.
  • Check import shipping documents and data support for all shipment information.
  • Check production samples and filing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Ability and specialized skills to organize, coordinate, and prioritize multiple tasks; learn, identify and independently interpret and apply a variety of complex procedures; review and resolve routine clerical problems.
  • Work in a busy environment with frequent interruptions; communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships; operate standard office equipment and software.
