A company is looking for a Multi Specialty Pro-fee Claims
Scrubber Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and oversee the Physician Coding Production and claim
scrubber edits team
Conduct quality assurance and productivity oversight for direct
reports on a monthly basis
Coach, mentor, and counsel front-end coders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
relevant experience may substitute for formal education or advanced
degree
CPC certification from AAPC
Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables
Experience supervising coding teams
Good organizational skills
