Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Specialist Contractor in
Ohio, US (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Complete and follow through on tasks assigned by the Brokerage
Operations department and Designated Broker
Perform contract reviews to ensure legal and contractual compliance
of real estate transactions
Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies
and provide assistance
Required Qualifications
Must be licensed and based in the state of Ohio
Experience with real estate contracts in Ohio
Familiarity with the Company's Transaction Management System
Ability to utilize provided tools and technology for
communication
Experience with North and South Ohio real estate contracts is a
plus
