Come talk with us.30 year old Privately Owned Fastener Distributor/Manufacturer looking for Machine Set-up/Operators to join our small but GROWING manufacturing team.JOB DESCRIPTION:Interpret job orders, blueprints, quality specifications, and other related documents.
Independently setup, operate and troubleshoot various cold heading machines; Nakishamada, Nationals etc. -
Ability to properly utilize measuring tools; calipers, micrometers, comparators, depth gauges, ring gages.
Correctly document continual measurement checks of production parts to standard specifications and/or customer prints.
Ability to productively work with Quality Team to ensure quality/improve processes to provide products that exceed our customer's expectations.
Positive can-do attitude
Ability to work with others to trouble shoot issues to meet daily production, quality and safety goals
Sharing of information and ideas for constant learning/cross training to elevate all team members.
Participate in production meetings to discuss production output, challenges and offer recommendations for improvement.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
