Accounts Payable Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable inbox
• Data entry
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Uploads for McKesson, Oncology Supply, Staples, M-Theory, etc.
• Process Approved New Vendors including W-9 forms and save in monthly folder per SOX requirements
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding invoice payments
• Train new employees
• Assist with month-end close
• Process Accounts Payable Procurement Card receipts
• Upload Credit Card transactions
• 1099 Processing
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned
  Qualifications
  
  • 5+ years experience in Accounts Payable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • General Accounting background preferred
  • ERP experience; Sage experience is helpful but not required
  • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented person who can work in a fast-paced environment.
    
    Hourly Wage Estimate: $26.00 - $30.00 / hour
