About the role: This role is pretty simple to define; as an Insurance Claims Specialist, you are responsible for getting unpaid claims paid. This could simply be resubmission, attaining missing documentation or medical records, correcting the claim, or getting a letter of medical necessity. Your goal is to collect the money owed to the company for servicing the patient.
