Job Description:

Contracts Clerk hourly pay range = $25-$32/HR As a Contracts Clerk, at Norm Reeves Honda, -you will be responsible for efficiently processing all contract-related paperwork in the accounting department, including purchasing and selling new and used vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate completion and communication. What You'll Do:

• Process all car deals/contracts -daily in accounting -
• Review and ensure accuracy of all incentives, rebates, commissions, and sales tax in deal, able to recognize and verify accounting to properly balance a deal and posting -
• Pull warranties and gaps from the deal for processing including cancellations
• Process all Payoffs on trades as soon as possible, including any payoff differences
• Process and follow all necessary steps for rollbacks
• Other duties, as assigned What You'll Need:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Full-time availability -
  • Possess a background working in the finance department for an automotive dealership required
  • Accounting experience required
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles, including debits, credits, and journal entries
  • Proficiency in Computers- Microsoft Office, databases, and spreadsheets
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic
