critical issues in life? Do you thrive on numbers and teamwork? The
duties of this job are primarily about making connections with
other people. Relationships are formed quickly, informally, and
comfortably, and gaining the enthusiasm and cooperation of others.
In this job, it is very important to connect with other people: to
meet new and different people on a day-to-day basis, to quickly
form relationships, and to use those relationships to get work
done. Great attentiveness to other people is required: an ability
to read other people, to listen to them, and to empathize with
them. Much of the work centers around working with and through
other people. The job involves persuading others through gaining an
understanding of where theyre coming from and using that
information to bring them to your desired resolution. Communication
is almost always of a 'selling' rather than 'telling' nature. A
lively enthusiasm is necessary. Personal interactions will
generally be upbeat and cheerful, requiring someone who is warm,
helpful, and friendly. Others must be put at ease, and feel
welcome. If so, The Spiggle Law Firm has an exciting opportunity
for you! RESPONSIBILITIES: The Client Services Executive will

Services Executive conducts the initial consultations. This
position is not required or expected to make cold calls. The Client
Services Executive will be reporting to the Director of Client
Services, your primary role will be generating sales of and driving
demand for the Law Firm within your clients. You will be
responsible for managing law firm prospects through the sales
process, including needs analysis, presentation, and demonstration
of the solution, articulating the ROI, and finally closing the
sale. This job allows much flexibility in how the results are
produced. There will be a fair degree of difference from one day to
the next, especially with regard to personal interactions. There
will be several 'pots on the fire' at once, and a relatively quick
pace is required to keep everything going smoothly. The Client
Services Executive will: Collect more in-depth information about
the potential clients and the matters for which they are seeking
the firms help. Responsible for driving revenue growth for the Law
Firm within your assigned clients. Overcome customer objections by
demonstrating the firms ability to deliver value in solving the
potential clients problem or problems. Follow firm prescribed
guidelines on how to communicate with potential clients in the most
effective manner. Maintain a strong level of knowledge about our
products and services. Assure the potential clients that the firms
attorneys and staff will be able to help them. Show compassion for
their troubles. Help potential clients understand the difference
between working and not working with the firm. Achieve and exceed
monthly sales targets. In accordance with the ethical rules
governing lawyers, the Client Services Executive will not provide
legal advice or enter into a legal services agreement with
prospective new clients. Final representation decisions are made by
firm attorneys. SKILLS: The Client Services Executive must be
confident, articulate, diplomatic, yet willing to speak frankly to
the prospective new clients when needed with high emotional
intelligence. The Client Services Executive must be self-motivated
and self-directed to achieve their professional goals as well as
the firms goals. We expect a sales background and a documented
history of converting leads into satisfied, life-long customers.
Each day is different from the next; especially in personal
interactions Fast-paced environment Multiple projects going

devoted to building and maintaining relationships Warm, empathetic,
