+ Set and achieve personal and company sales goals by selling
across all beauty brands; seek industry trends and product
knowledge to maintain expertise
+ Initiate service consultations by asking open-ended questions
to learn the customer's preferences and needs
+ Build lasting relationships with customers by following up on
purchases, suggesting new products and inviting them to upcoming
+ Grow sales by focusing on appointment based selling, utilizing
technology and opening new Nordstrom Rewards accounts
+ Be an entrepreneur, create events in the store, and network in
+ Build and maintain strong vendor relationships within each
Beauty brand to identify key focuses and products
