Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assemblers Location: Newbury Park, CA Pay Range: $20-$22hr. Will be at $20hr while training on 1st shift, then pay rate will be $22hr on 2nd shift Shift: 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) Required Skills: • Experience within an Aerospace company • Insulation/Manual coil winding/MCS coil winding experience • Light Soldering/Solder Hook-Up experience What's the Job? Perform product assembly, inspection, and testing to ensure quality standards are met Operate equipment and tools efficiently to meet production schedules Identify and troubleshoot issues during production, seeking guidance when necessary Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S procedures What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude Ability to read and understand written instructions and communicate effectively Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work sitting or standing as required Consistent and punctual attendance, with flexibility for shifts and overtime What's in it for me?
