What You’ll Do • Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple property locations. • Set up, test, operate, and strike AV systems for live events, shows, and corporate functions. • Mix live sound and manage lighting and performance technology for live entertainment. • Support AV deployments, computer hardware/software, and general technology troubleshooting. • Handle entitlement and access changes, assist with compliance audits, and maintain documentation. • Collaborate with vendors and teammates to resolve issues and ensure seamless event execution. • Travel frequently to support a variety of exciting technology and live-event needs. What You Bring • Associate’s degree or technical training in live sound OR 3 years hands-on AV/live sound experience. • Strong technical skills with audio, video, and lighting systems (digital mixers, interfaces, QSYS, etc.). • Basic networking knowledge (IP, telephony, virtualization, storage). • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem?solving abilities. • Ability to work a flexible schedule (days/nights/weekends/holidays).
