AI Automation Specialist is an exciting opportunity for fresh
graduates eager to launch their careers at the intersection of AI,
robotics, and logistics. As part of our innovative 3PL company,
apprentices will work on real-world projects that transform manual
processes into automated solutions, enhance customer experiences,
and drive operational excellence. This program is designed to equip
participants with hands-on experience in AI, and workflow
automation while fostering their growth through mentorship,
collaboration, and cutting-edge technology.

Frontend Optimization · Develop and enhance user-friendly
interfaces for customer-facing applications using modern web
technologies. · Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless
functionality and intuitive user experiences. · AI Agent
Development · Design and build AI-powered agents to replace manual
workflows and support customer inquiries. · Utilize natural
language processing (NLP) frameworks and AI tools to create
conversational systems that address customer needs efficiently. ·
Test, refine, and deploy AI solutions to ensure reliability and
scalability. · Workflow Automation · Analyze existing manual
processes to identify automation opportunities. · Develop robotic
process automation (RPA) solutions and integrate them into
operational workflows to improve efficiency. · Work with
cross-functional teams to ensure automation aligns with customer
service goals and operational standards. · Customer Support ·
Implement AI-driven tools and processes to enhance customer
interactions and response times. · Use machine learning techniques
to anticipate customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
· Continuous Learning and Innovation · Stay updated on the latest
developments in AI, robotics, and automation technologies. ·
Participate in training sessions and collaborate with mentors to
apply new knowledge effectively. · Contribute ideas for innovation

Requirements: Qualifications: · Educational Background · Recent
graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial
Intelligence, Robotics, Software Engineering, or related fields. ·
Technical Skills · Proficiency in programming languages such as
Python, JavaScript, or C++. · Basic understanding of machine
learning algorithms, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and
NLP tools. · Familiarity with web development frameworks like
React, Angular, or Vue.js. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and
analytical thinking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork
abilities. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new
