Founded in 2002, TollFreeForwarding.com (TFF) is an international telecommunications provider (VoIP/SIP). TFF has always been profitable and debt-free with consistent growth. In the near term we're launching new web based communication tools that will provide a full suite of messaging, voice, video, and CRM services. TFF offers highly competitive wages plus bonuses, health benefits, 401(k) with 10% match and immediate vesting, and generous PTO.The Technical Support Specialist provides trouble-shooting assistance to our customers and outside vendors. Job Tasks:

• Review reporting and monitoring systems to maintain reliability and improve the overall customer experience
• Troubleshoot inbound calls regarding technical issues
• Complete open tickets in our technical queue Desired Background, Skills, Traits:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum of 2+ years customer support experience, call center environment preferred
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and processes
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
  • Must excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with SalesForce or other CRM platforms is preferred
  • Network and/or SIP/VoIP technology knowledge is appreciated, but not required
  • Ability to read PCAPs using Wireshark is appreciated, but not required
  • Previous telecom experience is appreciated, but not required
  • Methodical, detail-oriented and collaborative
  • Bilingual applicants are highly desired
  • AA or BA/S degree is appreciated
  • Must be able to work one weekend day per week, some holidays, and potentially early mornings or evenings
