An elite team of about 100 employees work on a variety of machines including mills, lathes, mill turn, and grinders to manufacture precision equipment for their customers.

With an emphasis on innovation, this is a truly unique role to work on an elite team of highly innovative individuals. The ideal candidate will be eager to be hands on machining in addition to programing and will bring their knowledge of lathes to immediately contribute to their operation.

This is a 1st shift position with a flexible start time of 6 AM on Monday- Friday. The goal to maintain a strong work-life balance.

  Responsibilities
  
  
  • Set up and operate CNC lathes
  • Program CNC lathes
  • Edit programs at the machine
  • Perform first article and in process inspections
  • Help train others as needed
    
    Qualifications
    
    
    • Knowledge of Mori Seiki lathes with Mitsubishi controls
    • Experience programming, setting up, operating, and editinglathes
    • Ability to edit programs at the machine
    • Understanding of blueprints, drawings, and models
    • Knowledge of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges etc.
