The successful candidate will possess good communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a keen eye for detail. A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards assignments is essential, as is a cheerful and helpful demeanor when interacting with customers. Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks such as assembly, food preparation, and picking and packing. Wash dishes, clean rooms, and dispose of trash. Assist in food service as a line cook and ensure proper food handling. Essential Skills Excellent presentation and customer service skills. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently and attention to detail. Positive and enthusiastic attitude. Cheerful and helpful manner in customer interactions. Physical ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 45 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in assembly, general labor, and food preparation. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilmington, DE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
