You will partner with 20+ -hiring managers to schedule and coordinate a high volume of phone and video interviews across different time zones. - -We're looking for someone who cares deeply about great service, execution, and has a passion for building teams.Requirements:

Minimum 1 years' experience in an Administrative, Human Resources, or Recruiting role is requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, and ExcelExperience with high volume scheduling, working in a fast paced environmentIncredible organizational skills; superb attention to detailProven ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasksSolution focused mindsetResponsibilities:
Act as the primary point-of-contact for both the candidate and OEC interviewersPartner with recruiter(s) to develop a diverse candidate pipelineMonitor ATS pipeline -to ensure all applicants are moving through the interview processFollow hiring manager guidelines in order to conduct initial applicant screeningsParticipate in recruiting events as needed -(career fairs and online hiring events)Assist with sourcing qualified talent and conducting initial candidate interviewsSalary: -
  • $20-$25/hour based on education and relevant experience level.Benefits:
