This position carries out responsibilities and assists in the following functional areas: recruitment/employment, benefits administration, performance management, onboarding, organizational development and employment law compliance. Works closely with the Corporate HR Managers and Leadership team to implement strategies that enhance the employee experience. Acts as an advocate for the organization personnel and collaborates with the HR team on Human Resource issues. Some travel will be required.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Supports full cycle recruitment and selection process of top talent. Process includes but is not limited to: screening, interviewing, recommendations to hire, and salary recommendations and monitors career-pathing program.Coordinates and manages KabaFusion's Internship Program. This involves working collaboratively with leadership, managers, fellow HR team members, and the Marketing Team.Monitors new hiring process, manage the forms and required paperwork for job offers. Responsible for working with IT to ensure new hire equipment and access credentials are completed in a timely and efficient manner.Conducts employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives as needed.Evaluates, recommends changes and administers various human resource plans and procedures for KabaFusion personnel; assists in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Develops and gathers analytical data to provide a dashboard with useful HR metrics such as but not limited to, performance management metrics and employee turnover/retention rates. Provide regular and ad-hoc HR Reporting when needed.Evaluates employment processes and recommends enhancements for ultimate efficiencies improvements, if required, to various departments.Oversees the administration of HR records, including but not limited to team member files (both paper and electronic).Supports the HR department and HR leadership team to achieve plans and goals.Actively participates with the implementation of the Human Resources Department's Communication Strategy. This includes managing communications related to major HR initiatives.Maintains knowledge of all HR company-wide practices and policies.Ensures and maintains confidentiality with all HR matters, including privacy, and security with all HR-related records both hard copy as well as electronic data.Assists with employee surveys and collaborates with the HR and or compliance team to evaluate, analyze and make recommendations based on survey results.Participates with HR team to develop employee engagement activities to enhance employee morale.Collaborates with branch managers to ensure employee engagement activities are effective.Participates with HR team to advance a more diverse, equitable, inclusive and engaged (DEI&B) organization by creating and supporting DEI&B strategies.Evaluates reports, decisions and results of departmental initiatives in relation to established goals.Recommends and participates in the implementation of new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.Maintains and oversees job descriptions to ensure employees have current job descriptions and the library is accurate.Special projects as assigned to support process improvement.Actively participates in staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as appropriate.Other related duties as assigned.PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required with focus in Human Resource management preferred.SHRM-CP or SCP certification desired but not required.Minimum of 5-years' experience functioning as a HR Generalist required. Previous experience working with a multi-state employer a plus.Previous experience in a Healthcare industry experience highly desired.Strong business acumen to translate the needs of the organization into HR solutions.Knowledge and implementation of general human resources policies, procedures and ability to apply employment labor laws.Expertise with Microsoft Office; and previous knowledge utilizing an HRIS systems (e.g. ADP)#corporate #kabafusion #nowhiringPI187527292
