Job Description:
ShowMax Marketing is currently seeking an experienced
professional individual to become a member of our dynamic team. In
this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills,
as this role will be heavily focused on human resources and
financial business operations. You will also be responsible for
day-to-day office management, allowing you to demonstrate your
skills and abilities.
To be successful in this role qualified candidates must possess the
minimum following skills/knowledge:
v Multi-state HR requirements
v Federal/state regulatory legal compliance
v Oversee workmen's comp audits
v Financial business operations
v Payroll/accounting
v Employee communications and handbook edits
v Excellent written and verbal skills
v Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
v Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper
form
v Oversee the employee benefits programs including medical dental,
and 401k
v Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, QuickBooks
This position requires a minimum of three (3) years or greater
related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of
education and experience. Preferred specialized
degree/certification in Human Resource Administration and/or
accounting.
HR Functions: This individual will develop, administer, and manage
human resources policies, programs, including state/federal
regulatory compliance, employee benefits, payroll/accounting,
safety, leaves of absence, training, and employee relations.
Finance/Business Operation Functions: This individual will
independently manage many aspects of day-to-day business operations
including, but not limited to; AP/AR, bank reconciliation,
invoicing, CPA reports, IRS audits, order office
supplies/equipment, coordinating with property management,
analyzing, and negotiating pricing on business purchases, managing
contracts and maintain business relationships with vendors and
other business partners of the company.
