A company is looking for a Home Concierge Specialist to support
homeowners in their real estate journey.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 30-60 customer conversations daily, addressing their needs
and connecting them with appropriate solutions
Educate home buyers and sellers about the company's processes and
value proposition
Collect and verify customer details to ensure accurate data
transfer to the agent network
Required Qualifications
Real estate experience is highly preferred
Experience in customer service, sales, or a call-center
environment
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Growth mindset with eagerness to learn and improve
