Purchasing Assistant Qualifications and Criteria:

• At least one (1) year of full-time, in purchasing and import logistics clerical work experienceJob Description (Duties and Responsibilities):
  • Assist Purchasing and Logistics team in data support
  • PO entries, updating schedule, schedule review with buyers under the guideline
  • Check import shipping documents for all shipments information
  • Check production samples and filing
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Ability and specialized skills to organize, coordinate, and prioritize multiple tasks; review and resolve routine clerical problems
  • Work in a busy environment with frequent interruptions; communicate effectively both orally and in writing
