Job Description I'm hiring my founding Clinical Director (BCBA )
at Lighthouse Behavioral Care — and I want to be upfront about
exactly what this is. I'm launching an ABA practice in Temecula,
CA. No private investors. No corporate playbook. Just a founder who
spent years watching the ABA industry burn out its best people and
decided to build something better. Here's what I'm offering that
most companies won't: ? $75/hour flat rate for ALL hours — billable
and non-billable. Your documentation time, your planning time, your
outreach time — it's all valued equally. ? Clinical Director title
from day one. You're not joining a hierarchy. You're building one.
? Up to $25,000 in Year 1 milestone bonuses tied to clinic growth —
specific targets and dollar amounts in your agreement. ? Total Year
1 comp potential: up to $162,500. ? True clinical autonomy. You
write the protocols. ? Freedom to work other contracts during the
60–120 day credentialing period. I know what you're thinking —
"it's a startup, why should I take the risk?" Here's my answer:
wherever you go next, credentialing takes the same 60–120 days. At
a big agency, you wait that time and come out as one of fifteen
BCBAs with a capped rate and no voice. Here, you wait the same time
