Job Description Full-Time, On-Site: 40 hrs/wk (Business Hours only) | W2 | Generous Base Profit Share Bonuses | Comprehensive Benefits Package including 401K with 4% match This is an exciting opportunity to join an established outpatient psychiatry clinic. Support a low- to mid-acuity, adult, patient population with medication management and TMS, TMS training provided! The Medical Director will provide high-quality clinical care, NP clinical supervision, and ensure compliance in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. Duties Patient Care Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits Provide medication management Evaluate patients for interventional treatments Participate in treatment planning Maintain appropriate documentation standards Clinical Leadership Supervise and collaborate with nurse practitioners, TMS technicians, and clinic managers Provide medical oversight for psychiatric services and treatment protocols Support clinical decision-making and complex case consultation Establish and refine treatment protocols and best practices Promote evidence-based psychiatric care Qualifications Board-certified Psychiatrist (MD or DO) Active and unrestricted medical license 3 years post-residency Experience supervising advanced practice providers preferred Experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred Interest in interventional psychiatry
