We're also proud to offer excellent benefits and perks , including: Education assistance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid time off (PTO) Flexible schedule THE TYPE OF CENTER DIRECTOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications: Associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field Meets California Community Care Licensing (CCL) requirements for a Preschool Center Director Experience as a preschool director or site supervisor in a licensed childcare center, knowledge of California Title 22 and Title 5 regulations, strong leadership and family engagement skills, and familiarity with enrollment management, budgeting, and program growth are preferred. WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR CENTER DIRECTOR This is a full?time position working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM . As our Center Director, you'll ensure your center runs smoothly and in compliance, support staff, greet families, and set the tone for a nurturing learning environment. You'll lead and develop your team, oversee curriculum implementation, maintain regulatory standards, collaborate closely with families, and guide enrollment, budgeting, and growth initiatives, all while cultivating a positive, high?quality preschool culture.
