Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities We are looking
for an experienced General Orthopedic Surgeon to join Franciscan
Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Associates at St. Clare in Lakewood,
WA. Our practice does a mix of general orthopedic surgery, sports
medicine, and joint replacement surgeries. This is a full-time
position with both clinic and hospital patient care. Candidates
should be collegial team players with good patient and customer
service skills. Our medical group is committed to being the Puget

looking for physicians and professional providers who embody a
passion for excellence to help us achieve our goal. We offer a
comprehensive benefit package, which include health, dental,
vision, malpractice coverage, CME, personal time off, and 401 (k)
retirement plan with employer match. Guaranteed starting salary,
followed by wRVU model. Compensation range: $578,065 - $927,947
based on actual wRVUs per year. Job Requirements Medical Degree
Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS) 2 years experience
after training WA medical license (active/good standing) prior to
start date DEA (active/no restrictions) Eligible for privileges

Hospital is a community based hospital with 106 licensed beds
located 9 miles south of St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma. We
are a level 4 trauma hospital with over 600 employees based at this
