Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scheduler to coordinate and manage
scheduling for medical evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
Process scheduling requests and monitor scheduling queues in a
timely manner
Coordinate physician and location availability while optimizing
schedules
Ensure all necessary documents are prepared prior to evaluations
and communicate updates to all parties
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in scheduling, call center, or healthcare
practice
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable with technology and data entry
Ability to act with a sense of urgency and maintain a proactive
mindset
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with
others
