Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager who will
lead marketing strategies for multiple auto dealerships.
Key Responsibilities
Drive store performance through tailored marketing strategies and
traffic management
Design and implement customer loyalty initiatives and programs in
collaboration with Store Leaders
Provide data-driven guidance and insights to enhance marketing
strategies and customer retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications,
Advertising, or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of the automotive industry and dealership
operations
Experience with Google Analytics, CRM Systems, and Microsoft Office
Suite
Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate marketing strategies
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
