Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and administration of executive
compensation programs
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Investor Relations to
ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and address concerns
related to executive compensation
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years of executive compensation experience
Strong financial acumen and understanding of regulatory issues
related to executive compensation
Experience managing external vendors and advisors
Demonstrated knowledge of designing and implementing equity
programs across different countries
Ability to make sound decisions in complex situations
