Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Network Engineering to
oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of its network
infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of network engineers, providing mentorship
and support for successful project delivery
Develop and implement network design strategies aligned with
organizational goals
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize
network efficiency and security
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science,
technology, or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 2
years in a leadership role
In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies such as
TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN
Strong understanding of network security principles and best
practices
Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or CISSP are highly
desirable
