We are seeking a Sr Manager/Director Systems Engineering to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development of RF generators, manage vendor relationships, and ensure successful product launches. • Focus on RF generator development
• Oversee program managers working with design and manufacturing vendors
• Manage vendor schedules and ensure effective collaboration
• Support ECO (Engineering Change Orders) and other hands-on development tasks
• Travel 20% to vendors in the MidwestExperience:
• Capital equipment experience, preferably with RF generators, ablation, or vacuums
• Mechanical Engineering (ME) background preferred with some Electrical Engineering (EE) exposure
• Experience with product launches
• Strong vendor management skills; able to influence decisions without direct authority
