Job Description:
Sr. Facilities Manager Annual Salary Range =
$110,000-$120,000The -Senior Facilities Manager develops and
maintains the organization's physical properties to allow for safe,
clean, and functional operating environments to conduct business
without interruption and at costs appropriate to the organization's
strategic vision. They oversee the development and implementation
of maintenance strategy while managing vendor relationships to
ensure equitable, cost-effective, and legal services for all
operating units. The Sr. Facilities Manager is integrated into the
executive team's processes. They directly manage the Operations
Manager in addition to maintaining facility vendor relationships.
Essential Functions/Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop policies and procedures to
retain corporate documents required by law or business need at
minimum physical and financial costMaintain the safety of
facilities for both employees and customers to protect the company
from liability through periodic inspections and emergency response
dispatchingEnsures the facilities are clean, aesthetically
pleasing, functional, and up-to-date to protect the quality of the
customer experience and the working environment of the
employeesAdminister maintenance of the interior and exterior of the
properties, including off-site lots, to protect the capital
investment Ensure all facility permits are up to date to allow for
the uninterrupted continuation of operationsEnsure shop equipment
is maintained and kept up to date to avoid lost work time impact on
productivity Provide executive management with visibility on
opportunities to reduce facility expenses as they ariseLocate and
negotiates offsite parking at dealerships to enable forecasted
business volumes within ROI hurdleProvide after-hours emergency
response to facilities crises to enhance safety, protect capital
investment and maintain an uninterrupted operating environmentWork
with the IT department to administer facility security and
surveillance to protect property and people from crime and
resulting liability and operational disruptionMaintain a database
of approved group vendors to ensure equal economic access to
operating units, consistency of service, and compliance with all
applicable lawsEducation and Experience:
B.A. degree in business, engineering,
real estate, facilities management or related field/discipline, or
3-5 years of relevant experience
