Bidding Strategy and Asset Optimization to drive the sales of our
renewable energy and sustainability solutions to the Utilities and
our Prologis customer base as we drive towards our goal of becoming

are mainly focused on onsite solar and storage but our roadmap
includes offsite solar, community solar, in front of the meter
storage, VPPAs, microgrids/resiliency, carbon offsets, REC trading
and electric vehicle infrastructure. Anything we can do to help
solve customer needs or drive value from our unparalleled holdings
is in play.Prologis is currently ranked for onsite solar among US
corporations and is actively engaged in solar, storage and EV

be innovative, meaningful and exciting. You will report to the
Global Head of Utilities and Energy Storage and will play a
meaningful role as part of a top-notch team of Global Energy
professionals who are driving value for Prologis as we grow from
360MW to over 1 GW of Solar and Storage by 2025.This role requires
experience assessing and evaluating solar and storage projects,
utility and customer presentations, analyzing wholesale market
opportunities, selling, negotiating, market evaluation, contract
review and, ultimately, ensuring we meet our utility sales goals
while providing solutions that matter to our customers. This
position offers an unparalleled ability to build the largest
portfolio of commercial energy assets globally.What's needed in
order to do that:Be the driving force and manage the competitive
bidding of our front-of-meter solar, energy storage solutions
development in assigned US geographies RTO/ISO marketsManage daily
execution of bidding strategies in RTO/ISO markets per approved
parameters.Conduct after the fact analysis of market bidding
strategies to improve portfolio performance.Regular review of
portfolio PnL and mark to market performance.Open up new utility
scale and distributed energy solutions markets conducting energy
market discovery matching Prologis real-estate footprint, working
with market teams and industry experts to set the conditions,
processes and working relationships needed for success in those
marketsManage and maintain the accuracy of pipeline data within

level informationAssist or drive transactions by working with our
field team and external contractors to schedule site assessments,
structural reviews, customer meetings and presentationsInterface
and develop strong working relationships with various regional
internal and external partners to ensure the Energy team is viewed
as a responsive team that brings value to our real estate
businessEnsure customer satisfaction by ensuring proper
coordination and communication takes placeCoordinate with legal, as
needed, to assist with contract negotiations and to resolve
programmatic needs/requirementsTell us if you're ready.Minimum 6
years' experience in energy industry including experience with
distributed energy solutions (solar, storage) development,
contracting, deployment, and/or market operations.Minimum three
years' experience managing supply/demand bidding strategies in
ISO/RTO markets and knowledge of battery storage modeling and
dispatch.Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience managing renewable
and storage resources PnLKnowledge of ISO day-ahead and real-time
markets, virtual bidding, hedging strategies and
products.Experience with renewable project valuations, submissions,
and/or negotiations in renewable RFO/RFP solicitations.Proven
consultative sales and business development skillsUnderstanding of
the interplay between system design, cost, project economics,
financed pricing and ability to run and use financial
modelsComfortable prospecting and presenting to executives, owners,
CEOs and board membersAbility to develop projects from inception to
executed contractA general understanding of Industrial Real Estate
and developing 500kw+ solar, storage systems a plus.Positive,
innovative and collaborative attitude, strong ability to
communicate across departments and drive to "get the deal
done"Knowledge of utility tariffs & programs, power purchase
agreements, resource evaluation studies, wholesale energy
markets.Demonstrated ability to innovate and get creative to
develop executable projectsA history of collaboration, problem
solving and communication that drives overall team successStrong
written and verbal communication skills especially in relation to
customer interactionExperience with Salesforce and MS Excel
modeling strongly desired. Energy Toolbase, Helioscope and/or
BatterySimm experience is also valuableAble to travel up to 40% of

Our 401(k) retirement plan has a company match of 50% up to 12% of
eligible compensation. We also offer generous PTO with a starting
accrual of 22 days a year in addition to paid holidays and
volunteer time.Hiring Salary Range of: $113,000.00 - $142,000.00.
Salary to be determined by the candidate's education, experience,
knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and
alignment with market data.
