The Senior Account Manager- National Accounts works with independent discretion and is responsible for long and short-term strategies to deliver the most value and assure revenue goals are achieved within the assigned national and key clients, including Fortune 100, high profile and strategically positioned accounts. In a forward-thinking and consultative manner, the Sr. Account Manager assumes overall responsibility for the day-to-day service requirements as well as the the renewal and upsell opportunity throughout its lifecycle, with an eye on balancing the needs of the customer with that of the organization.
