Customer Experience Manager Hourly Pay: $25.00/ hr.Shifts:
9am-6pmWe are looking for a motivated Customer Experience Manager
to join our team! It is the mission of Envision Motors to provide

us. Responsibilities:• Follow up with customers to assure
satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve
or refer problems.• Foster strong relationships with our customers
to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.•
Provide customers with additional information about new products
and services.• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests,
and sales requests within a specified timeframe.• Create effective
customer service procedures, policies, and standards• Support the
stores with incoming calls, ensure the calls are routed and
employees follow up with customer concerns• Establishes and
maintains a service culture that puts the customer first• Responds
in a professional, empathetic, and courteous manner to escalated
customer concerns to reach an expedient solution and meet the
customer's needs and expectations.Qualifications:• Certification in
human resources, management or similar preferred.• Excellent
telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.• 1-3 years of
Management Experience• 1-3 years of customer service or call center
experience• Ability to analyze and problem solve with attention to
detail• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills• Ability to
exhibit patience and professionalism when interacting with internal
and external customers• The ability to keep sensitive information
confidential.• Must be approachable and helpful.• Strong critical
