Job Summary Reporting to the President, the Sr. Director Brand Marketing is responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined marketing strategy that supports the sales growth and profit of the overall business, while identifying effective strategies for introducing a line of new products annually. The role will require performance marketing and a combination of product placement, social media and traditional marketing to achieve desired brand growth. This individual will champion innovative, and clever strategies to build the business leveraging the correct mix of digital, e-commerce, social media, public relations, promotions, broadcast media, and experiences. The role also oversees our packaging, visual merchandising efforts, trade events and oversees Razor.com. This individual will play a critical role in the cross-functional management team, and work to achieve Razor---s overall vision and strategic initiatives. What We Are Looking For Expertise in SEO, paid search, e-commerce marketing, social media and A content strategies End to end management of performance marketing to achieve strong ROI on Amazon, Target, Walmart and other eCommerce sites. Creative problem-solver Clever marketing expert with a penchant for breakthrough campaigns that drive sales Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently Experience tying marketing programs directly to sales results Strong experience maintaining accurate and relevant marketing analytics and reporting Expertise in Google Analytics and similar platforms A proactive, creative and team player mentality Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Product Development, Finance, and Operations teams to enable sustainable growth for the company Ability to manage, direct and get the best work out of external agencies in both efficiency and effectiveness Experience directing media development, buying and management, including broadcast commercials and digital media Engages our global community of fans, building individualized relationships that demonstrate a knowledge and appreciation of our consumers and allowing them to better connect with Razor in all channels Superior creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills Translation of marketing campaigns to effectively support Razor---s growth outside of the United States Competencies Understands how to generate clever creative concepts for media, packaging, and campaigns, and how to unify that creative across all channels Identifies, interprets, and capitalizes on marketing trends Measures the effectiveness of the marketing department resources and implements rapid improvements as required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities Develops and prepares key messaging and presentation materials for senior management Conducts and analyzes first- and third-party market research data to determine product and brand competitiveness, identify insights, and implement actions. Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and project management skills Skills and Qualifications 10 years of marketing experience, with demonstrated success in senior management roles, specifically driving online sales Website management and/or website content development background A track record of meeting and exceeding objectives Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting/financial skills. Ability to synthesize complex messages for clear presentations that inspire and engage audiences internally and externally Proficiency in Microsoft Excel HTML/CSS is a plus Knowledge of website and digital marketing best practices including SEO, paid search, website usability, and web analytics Strong knowledge of Google Analytics; proficient in configuring Google Analytics features such as goals, ecommerce tracking, advanced segments, custom dashboards, custom reports and A/B or multivariate testing. Excellent attention to detail and very organized Self-driven and able to work autonomously Must always demonstrate personal accountability and integrity, leading by example and setting a high bar for the organization Ability to communicate professionally, both oral and written Willingness to roll up sleeves and dive in to get the job done right every time. Responsibilities Create and manage performance marketing campaigns on ecommerce sites. Strategize and assists in building weekly/monthly merchandise calendar. The strategy will develop, communicate, and drive seasonal business and assortment strategy to meet financial targets and customer expectations. Own, lead and manage a rolling roadmap planning for Razor.com website updates, navigation improvements and content refreshes to align with marketing strategies and needs of the business. Implement testing to continuously improve ROI Own email marketing calendar execution, email testing and operational details, and ensure accuracy in all aspects of the promotional email program. Utilize web analytics and data to guide ongoing improvements to merchandise presentation, performance, structure and navigation within their category. Generate campaign, channel and department performance reports and provide analysis on a daily, weekly, monthly and a-hoc basis Develop tentpole activities to drive customer sell-in and consumer sell-though Create blueprints of key marketing activities to inspire adoption and execution by global distributors Provide expert support to internal teams (Sales, Product Development, Creative Services and Operations) to ensure projects are moving forward in a timely manner and meeting all objectives. Includes work with third party vendors as needed. Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment on delivery and timely execution of deliverables
