Duties & Responsibilities Execute high-quality interior and exterior painting projects for both commercial and residential properties. Perform thorough surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming, to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish. Apply various types of paints, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray painting equipment with precision. Operate and maintain basic painting tools and equipment, ensuring their proper function and longevity.
