Job Description Job Description Job Title: Lead Maintenance Supervisor Location: Montclair, NJ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $25–$26/hr (based on experience) Type: Contract Role About the Role Take the lead in maintaining and managing property operations! As a Lead Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee a team, ensure timely repairs, and keep properties in top condition. This is a great opportunity to showcase your leadership and technical skills in a dynamic environment.
