POSITION OVERVIEW: Executes marketing programs and events, customer and internal communications initiatives, and production of marketing and sales materials as directed by Director of Commercial Marketing. Events/Tradeshows Coordinator works cross functionally to drive our tradeshow and marketing campaigns forward. This individual is highly motivated and experienced at event production, and is extremely organized. Someone who works well with people and enjoys collaboration will be successful in this role. Experience producing events, arranging travel, coordinating catering & hospitality needs, event staffing and marketing. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the lead coordinator on all trade shows, special events, etc. Coordinate all event logistics
• Maintain calendars for all trade shows, virtual events. Work with all departments to make sure event timelines are scheduled and on track.
• Coordinates trade show planning/registration and shipments to and from venues
• Schedules and assigns duties for R&D and Sales team members for each event
• Keeps inventory of current promotional items, reordering when necessary
• Researches relevant events that the sales/marketing/R&D teams can attend
• Creates collateral for events (i.e. Demo Flyers, Sell Sheets for Events, etc---)
• Conducts, analyzes, and interprets market segment/industry/future market trends and competitive market offerings to ensure company differentiation.
• Assists in the development of marketing programs and promotional materials.
• Partners with internal functional groups to ensure integrated marketing communications activities including but not limited to sales collateral (both printed and electronic), direct marketing, and event marketing.
• Develops new service announcements.
• Assists with development and maintenance of consistent corporate image throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines.
• Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
• Assist the marketing department with additional duties as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or closely related field. LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read, speak, write and understand English.
