Job Description Job Description: As a Patient Coordinator at
Desai Plastic Surgery of Beverly Hills, you will serve as the first
point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in ensuring
their overall experience is exceptional. You will be responsible
for managing various administrative and patient-related tasks to

About Us Company Overview: Dr. Desai is a Harvard University
educated, double-board certified, double-fellowship trained
Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgeon in Beverly Hills,
California. He has trained for twenty-years since graduating high
school to become a Plastic Surgeon. He has worked, been educated,
and trained at the worlds most prestigious institutions including
Harvard, Columbia, MIT, Brown, Mt. Sinai, Tufts, Miami, and the New
York Eye & Ear Infirmary. He has worked in all three epicenters of
Plastic Surgery in the United States: Beverly Hills, Miami Beach,
and New York City (Manhattan). Dr. Desai is a member of the
American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), the American Society
of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS), Los Angeles Society of
Plastic Surgeons (LASPS), the American College of Surgeons (ACS),
and the International College of Surgeons. Dr. Desai’s work has
recently been profiled on various national and international news
outlets including CNN, Good Morning America, Nightline, NBC News,
ABC News, and CBS News among others. Additionally, his work has
been highlighted in In Style Magazine, The New York Daily News, and
The Chicago Sun Times. We are currently seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Patient Coordinator to join our team and play a
crucial role in providing outstanding service to our patients.
Qualifications: *Non-Negotiable: 1-5 years of prior experience as a
Patient Coordinator. Please do NOT apply if you do not have
experience as a patient coordinator. Fluent or semi-fluent in
Spanish is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; some college
education preferred Exceptional interpersonal and customer service
skills Strong communication and organizational abilities
Proficiency with computer software and electronic medical records
(EMR) Ability to handle sensitive patient information with
discretion Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to
delivering high-quality care Detail-oriented and able to multitask
effectively Knowledge of cosmetic procedures and medical
terminology is an advantage Willingness to learn and adapt in a
fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities: Provide information to
patients about procedures, pricing, and aftercare Welcome and
assist patients in a professional and courteous manner Schedule and
confirm patient appointments Handle patient inquiries, both in
person and over the phone Maintain accurate patient records and
update medical history as needed Coordinate the pre-operative and
post-operative process for patients Assist with insurance
verifications and billing inquiries Collaborate with the medical
team to ensure a seamless patient experience Keep the office
environment organized and presentable Handle general office tasks
and assist with various administrative duties as required Benefits:
