Job Description Job Title Reception / Operations Administrative Assistant (Onsite - Cerritos, CA) Position Type Full-Time Non-exempt / Hourly Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Salary Range $18 to $23 an Hour Reports to Workplace Operations Manager Desired Start Date ASAP Job Description We are searching for a detail-oriented and versatile Receiptionist / Operations Administrative Assistant who will be the first point of contact at our office located in Cerritos, CA as well as supporting the daily office operations. In addition, the Operations Administrative Assistant will work together with the Workplace Operations team on company systems, employee support, vendor relations, planning, and events. It is crucial that the candidate thrives in our entrepreneurial company culture where change is constant, growth is immense and opportunities abound. Essential Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to staff, managers, and executives Develop and collaborate on internal programs, activities, training, and processes Greet and interact with visitors/clients/candidates and other personnel coming into the office for a variety of purposes Manages inquiries via telephone, emails, and web chats Manage relations with current vendors and property management Oversee daily calendar and scheduling of all internal meetings Create internal workplace notices, announcements, and newsletter Monitor office supply inventory levels and ensure that equipment is maintained with any necessary repairs or replacements Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries Support employees with vehicle reservations, office perks, supplies, and meeting room requests Prepare, collect, and set up supplies for onboarding/offboarding Perform general administrative duties and related tasks and support other departments as needed Minimum Qualifications 1 years of working in an office environment, preferably in Operations or Administration Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills Must be able to lift up to 30lbs up a flight of stairs Work onsite at the office Monday through Friday Desired Qualifications Bachelor---s Degree 1 years of experience working with team members across multiple departments Front Desk/Receptionist experience Familiar with project management, purchasing, inventory, budgeting, and vendor relationships Experience with online travel booking platforms Experience with video/graphic software programs such as Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
