right team for you. As a Community Development Tax Credit (CDTC)
Associate Banker. This role supports the delivery of financial
products that foster development and revitalization in low- and
moderate-income communities, with a focus on Historic Tax Credit
(HTC) equity investments. As an Associate Banker, you will work
alongside experienced professionals to identify, underwrite,
structure, and close HTC equity investments, contributing to
impactful adaptive reuse developments nationwide Job
Responsibilities: Assist in generating new HTC investment
opportunities by cultivating prospects, networking with referral
sources, and supporting business development efforts for
HTC-eligible transactions Support due diligence processes for HTC
equity investments, including preparing term sheets and credit
approval documents Collaborate with deal teams consisting of
internal and external partners to structure and close financings
involving HTC subsidies. Develop and maintain relationships with
developers, legal professionals, accountants, and consultants in
the HTC industry. Work with multiple lines of business within
JPMorgan Chase, including Commercial Real Estate, Community
Development Real Estate, Private Banking, and Middle Market
Banking. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree required. Strong analytic and writing skills.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multi-task.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 2 years of
credit analysis, structured finance, real estate or equity
investment experience Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and
Skills: Experience in credit analysis, structured finance, real
estate, or equity investment. Knowledge of Historic Tax Credits is
strongly preferred. MBA or advanced degree is a plus, but not
required
