In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Product Development. Your primary responsibility will be the strategic development and management of cutting-edge financial products that align with our clients' needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating the complex landscape of financial regulations and emerging technologies, positioning Ascent Data Services as the go-to choice for financial innovation. Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of product strategies. Define product vision and roadmaps with clear objectives and key results. Engage closely with clients, stakeholders and development teams to understand the market demands and technological trends. Analyze competitive offerings and feedback to ensure product differentiation. Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring the fine balance between operational excellence and feature innovation. Align product initiatives with business goals, while complying with financial regulations and standards. Proven expertise in product management within the financial services industry. Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies.
