Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to oversee accounting,
reporting, and treasury functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all accounting operations, including general
ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax
compliance
Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring
timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with US
GAAP
Oversee the full Order to Cash (O2C) process, including invoicing,
collections, and cash application to drive operational
efficiency
Qualifications:
CPA designation required, preferably from a Big 4 accounting
firm
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong
preference for SaaS or software experience
Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606
Experience with Netsuite and advanced proficiency in Excel and
financial reporting tools
