The Accounting Supervisor will track and evaluate day-to-day AR activities and will be responsible for supervising the AR team on day-to-day operations. As well as work closely with the Admin Director to ensure that all accounting functions are operating at acceptable performance levels.Your career path has many avenues available for you to succeed. • Supervise and oversee accounts receivable functions
• Supervise accounts receivable staff in day to day operations
• Assist admin director with analysis of data and report
• Maintain payroll information by tracking hours in Kornos for the market
• Set up and maintain customer master for any updates, which includes review the credit limits/terms.
• Refers overdue accounts to collections.
• Assist on other accounting duties as assignedRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Hands-On Supervisor experience working with multi location company is a plus
  • AS400 proficiency is strongly preferred
